Obituary for Linda J Rambo (Jakobsen)

Linda L. Rambo, 63, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on July 28, 2015 at her residence.

Born to the late John and Hilda (Cody) Jakobsen in Brooklyn, NY of February 28, 1952.

Linda was a manager for the Sea Breeze Restaurant in Tampa, FL. She loved to garden and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Elks Club and Moose Lodge in Newport Richie, FL.

She is survived by her son Gary Rambo and his companion Tisha Landi; a brother Cornelius Cody and his wife Pam; a brother Francis Jakobsen and his wife Mary Ellen; sister Virginia Frechette and her husband Leo; sister Louise McDowell and her husband Duane; a sister Jacqueline Boston; a granddaughter Alessandra and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Gary Rambo; brothers John Michael Jakobsen and Joseph Cody.

Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Cremation has been held at H.G. Smith Crematory.

Memorial donations can be made to the St. Jude’s Hospital Memorial and Honor Gifts P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
